STEP 1
Register a Canva account if you don’t have one yet.

To use this Template you will need a www.canva.com account and an Internet
connection. You can sign up for a FREE Canva account.

CREATE A CANVA ACCOUNT

STEP 2
Access your Canva Template

Click on the Template link, which is located at the bottom of this page and you can
find on the last page of this document. Once you have clicked on the Template link
you will be directed to the Template landing page. Click the “use template” button
below the preview image.This will automatically create a copy of the template for
you and save it to “your designs” on your Canva account.

You can now edit your template.

STEP 3
Edit your template

You will need to edit the template first and then export it to be posted on your
Instagram. Canva is a great tool for DIYers and beginners and it’s very user friendly.

Download your templates as images

In the to right corner, click the “download” drop down tab.

or download all "pages".
