Aspire Institute Inc., “Aspire Institute,” co-founded by Harvard Business School Professors
Tarun Khanna and Karim Lakhani, develops self-confidence and leadership competencies
through an innovative approach that provides resources to low-income, first-generation college
students around the world that complement and amplify their college or university education.

Aspire Leaders Program is a fully funded virtual program that includes Module 1 - personal and
professional development through strengths-based leadership assessment and professional
development workshops, Module 2 - immersive learning with interactive master classes and
expert-led seminars, and Module 3 - leadership skills including leading with contextual
intelligence, emerging technologies and social impact taught by Harvard Business School
faculty.

2. Agreement
● The above-referenced University or College, will allow Aspire Institute to disseminate
information about the Aspire Leaders Program on the University / College campus and
will provide space for Aspire Institute to hold events and information sessions that
support the enrollment of University / College’s students in the Aspire Program.

● In addition, the University / College will provide information about the Aspire Program
to University / College’s students and display posters advertising the Aspire Leaders
Program and Aspire Leaders Program alumni and enrollment events.

● Aspire Institute will provide all materials to inform students about the Aspire Leaders
Program and promote Aspire Leaders Program enrollment.

● Aspire Institute will provide the fully funded Aspire Leaders Program to qualified
University / College students.

3. This Letter of Intent is not a legal partnership or agency

This Letter of Intent is NOT intended to, NOR shall it be deemed to, establish any legal
partnership between University / College and Aspire Institute, Inc., constitute either the agent of
the other or authorize either to make or enter into any commitments for or on behalf of the other.

4. Funds to be exchanged

No funds will be exchanged between the two parties.

5. Entire Agreement
This is the entire agreement between the University / College and Aspire.

6. Cancellation
This Letter of Intent may be canceled at any time by either party.
