I've also learned that fairness and responsibility are useful concepts that
support equity, integrity, and trust rather than being impersonal ideals. I
understand that integrity and trust are fostered by accountability.
Accountability entails a dedication to transparency and the acceptance of
repercussions for actions taken by individuals, organizations, or systems.
This discussion strengthens the notion that accountability and fairness are
guiding ideals that form the basis of just and responsible communities.
Outcome Based Education (Bloom’s taxonomy)
Establishing goals and objectives can be accomplished through the appropriate use
of targets. It gives people a goal and a defined path, enabling them to concentrate
their efforts and gauge their progress.
For me personally, I've discovered that having goals helps to keep me motivated and
on course. Setting goals also encourages self-accountability. I commit more to
achieving deadlines and taking regular action when I have well-defined objectives.
By using this technique, teachers may determine which curricular elements are most
important and rank them in order of importance, resulting in more targeted and
focused instruction. Through the process of deconstructing learning skills, educators
may proficiently create and arrange classes that correspond with these abilities,
foster profound comprehension, and enable significant learning for students.
Unpacking learning skills enables teachers to evaluate and track students' progress
while promptly offering guidance and assistance to aid them on their learning path.
All things considered, this introspective approach emphasizes the significance of
precise objectives and standards in education and encourages the creation of
efficient teaching methods.
