Has entered into a contract with Datema Delfzijl BV for the supply of:

the automatic delivery program for charts and books which are mandatory to be on board of sea
-going vessels, or for office use.

Whenever an edition of one of the CHARTS, BOOKS and PUBLICATIONS, as mentioned in

one of the INDEX(ES), comes to expire, and whenever a new edition has been published,
Datema will automatically order this new edition of the CHART, BOOK or PUBLICATION with its
suppliers and will automatically send the items to the office or agent.
By the renewal of a digital BOOK or PUBLICATION the license will be sent directly to the vessel
digitally.

It is the vessels responsibility that changes of the INDEX(ES), will be communicated in writing to
Datema.

This certificate is valid during the agreement with Datema
