‭Saturday, Sunday or any holiday in case of exigencies of work.‬

‭for the IUCTE without the express written consent of the IUCTE.‬

‭5.3‬ ‭ he‬‭Consultant‬‭would‬‭be‬‭required‬‭to‬‭sign‬‭a‬‭non-disclosure‬‭undertaking‬

‭6.‬ ‭Conflict of Interest:‬

‭6.1‬ ‭ he‬ ‭Consultant‬ ‭shall‬ ‭in‬ ‭no‬ ‭case‬ ‭represent‬‭or‬‭give‬‭opinion‬‭or‬‭advice‬‭to‬

‭others‬ ‭in‬ ‭any‬ ‭matter‬ ‭which‬ ‭is‬ ‭adverse‬‭to‬‭the‬‭interest‬‭of‬‭the‬‭IUCTE‬‭nor‬
‭will‬ ‭he/‬ ‭she‬ ‭indulge‬ ‭in‬ ‭any‬ ‭activity‬ ‭outside‬‭the‬‭terms‬‭of‬‭the‬‭contractual‬
‭assignment.‬

‭6.2‬ ‭ he‬ ‭consultant‬ ‭shall‬ ‭not‬ ‭claim‬ ‭any‬ ‭benefit/‬ ‭compensation/‬ ‭absorption/‬

‭regularization of service with IUCTE.‬

‭7.‬ ‭Termination of Agreement:‬

‭The IUCTE may terminate the contract to which these terms apply, if:-‬

‭a)‬ ‭The Consultant is unable to address the assigned work.‬

‭ uality‬ ‭of‬ ‭the‬ ‭assigned‬ ‭work‬ ‭is‬ ‭not‬ ‭to‬ ‭the‬ ‭satisfaction‬ ‭of‬‭the‬‭Controlling‬
‭Officer/ Competent Authority in IUCTE.‬

‭c)‬ ‭The Consultant is found lacking in honesty and integrity.‬

‭d)‬ T
‭ he‬‭Competent‬‭Authority‬‭in‬‭the‬‭IUCTE‬‭may‬‭also‬‭terminate‬‭the‬‭contract‬‭at‬
‭any time without giving any notice and also without assigning any reason.‬
