Adapting your individual LucaNet Excel Reports

 LucaNet provides an Excel Add-in which allows you to pull data from LucaNet
into Excel
 After installing the Excel Add-in it is possible to update Excel reports by
 Clicking on Re-calculate (Ribbon Add-in -> LucaNet -> Re-calculate)
or
 Hit Ctrl.+Q

 In Addition, it is always possible to export data from LucaNet to Excel

 Click on the printer symbol at the top
-> Export to MS Excel
 You will get what you see in LucaNet (Columns, Rows,…)

Install Excel Add-in

 A more detailed manual is included in the respective „Import Task“ in LucaNet itself
 After you have started LucaNet the first time, the Excel Add-in can be found in
-> C:\Users or Benutzer\YOUR.USERNAME\LucaNet\Excel-Add-In\lucanet.xlam
(in some Windows-Versions:
-> C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\YOUR.USERNAME\LucaNet\Excel-Add-In\lucanet.xlam)
 This Add-in has to be configured in Excel
-> „Datei -> Optionen -> Add-ins -> Gehe zu -> Durchsuchen -> Select „lucanet.xlam“ (the smaller file of both)
-> „File -> Options -> Add-ins -> Go-to -> Browse -> Select „lucanet.xlam“(the smaller file of both)
Then include the Excel Add-in and activate the Ceckbox
 You will find the Add-in on the ribbon „Add-ins“ -> „LucaNet“. There you will also find the functions / Shortcuts that you need (e.g. Ctrl. + E (e.g. Strg + B in German) for
Data import)
 To avoid a security alert at Excel start-up, you need to add the Add-in-Path to your secure „folders“
-> „Datei -> Optionen -> Sicherheitscenter -> Einstellungen für das Sicherheitscenter -> Vertrauenswürdige Speicherorte -> Neuen Speicherort hinzufügen ->
Durchsuchen -> see below“
-> „File -> Options -> Security Center -> Settings for the Security Center -> Trusted Locations -> Add new location -> Browse -> see below“
Then include the Folder in which the Excel Add-in is located (see above)
 In case you have the problem, that Excel always says that it replaces LucaNet Formulas,
which takes a lot of time or prevents you from saving the file, please uncheck the following
Option in Excel (Ribbon „Add-ins“ -> LucaNet -> uncheck)
