ExaGrid Tiered Backup Storage

Multi-hop

With an increasing number of natural disasters such as tornados, hurricanes, floods, earthquakes
and wild fires, organization are expanding their disaster recovery to include two locations.

Organizations will back up their data locally and then replicate to two distributed data centers
in new separate geographic locations. The alternative is to replicate to a second data center and
then put a copy into the cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.)

ExaGrid offers the following typology support:

Fastest Backups - Replicate data from primary site “A” to secondary disaster recovery site “B”
Fastest Recoveries - Site “B” can be a physical data center or public cloud

- If there is data at both sites, data from site “A” will replicate to site “B” and data

replication task
