Hourly

• Hourly is an application to monitor system activity hours and


collect proof of productivity based on allowed domain user IDs.

• Its an add on feature in NexAEI and can be accessed and


distributed from NexAEI.

• Hourly simplify monitoring productive hours of information


workers who spend most of the time working in PC. It also
captures breaks with proper reasons.
Once the users login to Nexaei, they will find a ‘Hourly’ menu
in the left panel.
Now the users need to click to the download button on the ‘Hourly’
screen to download ‘Hourly’ application into their local computer.
Every user will have an activation code which they have to copy post
download to paste in the next window.

On clicking on ‘Hourly Downloader’ this window will pop up . Don’t worry!
Just click on ‘More Info’ button.
On clicking on ’More Info’ button, this page will pop up and here just click
on “Run Anyway” button.

On clicking on ’Click here’ button, this page will pop up which shows Hourly
is downloading in their system.
Now simply users need to click to the “Install” Button to install Hourly.
Now this page will pop up which shows Hourly has been installing in their
local computer
Here the user needs to simply copy paste the activation Code from the
Download window and click to the ‘Submit’ button.
Once Hourly activation will be completed, user will get this success pop
up which indicate hourly has been successfully installed in the system.
Once Hourly is activated, in this page users can view their own computer
activity time captured like Lock time, Unlocked time, Login time, Logout
time .
 Now when the user will be “away from the system” this given Break reason pop
up will appear after unlocking the system when the lock duration is more than 15
mins.
 Any lock duration within 15 minutes will be considered by default as “Short
Break”.
 When this option will come user must select one and optionally can input some
description.
Suggestions:

• You can use 'Bio-Refresher' if you went to restroom.


• You can select ‘Interview’ and then select the description input box to write whether you
have taken a telephonic interview or face to face interview.
• Select ‘Other’ as an option if your desired reason is not mentioned in the given break reason
list and can address the reason in the description input box.
