This letter serves as the final response to your October 19, 2011, Freedom oflnformation Act (FOIA) request to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for "the standard language or template paragraphs used for responses to FOIA Requests and FOIA Appeals in your agency." Your request was received at the FOIA Control Desk on October 19,2011, and was assigned FOIA Log #12-012. NIST has completed the actual search for responsive records and attached are eight (8) documents consisting of thirteen (13) pages that are being released in their entirety.
