Project Planning & Control using Primavera® P6 TM

Course Description
Primavera course is designed to teach planners and schedulers how to setup and use P6 in a
project environment. This course explains the steps required to create and maintain an
unresourced and resourced schedule. It tackles some of the more complex aspects of P6 and the
sources of information & methods that should be employed to produce a realistic and useful
project schedule.
