CASE STUDY:

How Getting Fired From My Job

Made Me $9,791,544 In Sales
Without Any Experience…
Hey, it's Harry

In the following pages I'm going to reveal to you exactly

how getting fired from my job made me $9,791,544 in
sales without any experience, using just a laptop and wifi.

If you're reading this document you're probably:

1) Looking to start an ecom dropshipping store so you can

escape the 9-5 grind or get away from formal education.

2) Tried to launch a dropshipping store in the past and

failed or currently getting inconsistent or bad results.

3) Already running a store with ok results and looking to

scale it further.

If you follow this document step-by-step, you’ll be making

at least at $3,000/month profit in the next 90 days.

But before we jump into the good stuff, let me give you
some proof on why you should even bother to listen to me...

It’s also important for you to see that I’ve helped loads of
other people do exactly the same thing that I have. Here’s
just a few of them:
Before we go any further, this document IS NOT for you if:

You're looking for a get-rich-quick scheme

You want to start a business but have $0 money to get

started

You quit easily and moan at the first roadblock

You're not willing to take action and do the work

You want to sell crappy low quality products

If you're any of the above, please STOP reading this

document now. What I'm about to cover is not for you.

Ok, so let's get right into it…

You can build a dropshipping store and make

$3,000/month profit (minimum) in the next 90 days
without any experience or spam testing products.

However the game has changed drastically over the years.

I’ve witnessed it first hand.

All the things the gurus are telling you do won’t work in
today's market.... what do I mean?
Cheap looking general stores won’t work
Spam testing low quality products won’t work
Copy & pasting other peoples ads won’t work

So how is it possible you can make at least $3,000/month

profit (minimum) in the next 90 days? Let me show you...

Firstly, let me introduce myself. My name is Harry Coleman.

I’m also known as Beast of Ecom.

4 years ago I was broke…

I only had 2 dreams growing up; either become a footballer

or become an entrepreneur. (As you can probably tell, the
football dream didn’t quite work out).

I went to university to do a business & management degree

because I thought that would be my stepping stone into the
business world.

But I was totally wrong…

The truth is, I ended up learning nothing at all about how to

start and run a real business. All of the professors had
never run a real business themselves.

I left university with a ton of debt and no knowledge on how

to start my own business.
My only choice was to get a 9-5 job so I could at least get
by living an average life.

I did everything from manual labour in factories, boring

office jobs and even cleaning toilets. At night I would
always Google ‘How to make money online’

Pretty sure you’ve done that too right?

I was even fired from one of my jobs and my income went

straight to $0. From that point I was determined to never let
someone dictate my life or income.

I came across dropshipping on a forum and decided to try it

out. I set everything up and publish my ads. I went to bed
dreaming of what color Lambo I was going to buy.

I woke up to $0 sales… gutted !

Day 2 = $0 sales
Day 3 = $0 sales
Week 1 = $0 sales

This went on and on till I spent about $800, then finally my

1st sale came.

‘Ka-ching’

Trust me when I say this…

You will NEVER forget your first sale.

It validated everything I needed.

The system worked, I just needed to get better.

I then shut down that store and started many others that
failed over & over. I was spam testing products and hoped
something would click. I burned through money & wasted
time.

At that point I was still working a 9-5 job so my routine was:

Wake up, go to work, come home, nap, eat, work on my

stores till 2-3 am then sleep & repeat all over again.
But eventually I started to figure out what worked and what
didn’t.

Fast forward to today and I’ve done over $9,791,544+ in

sales, built my YouTube channel to over 70,000 subs and
personally helped 1000’s of people to build and grow their
own ecom store and quit the rat race.

I haven’t worked a job in years.

I wake when I want.
I travel where and when I want.
I don’t stress about money.
I take care of my family & friends.

BUT this isn’t about me, it’s about YOU.

I only had FB groups when starting out. It was very
unorganised and took time to collate the information.

So I decided to reveal the exact process on how I continue

to bring in profits every single month from my
dropshipping stores, so that you can replicate it.

In the following steps, I’ll break down the entire process

from start to finish on how to get these results for yourself.

So that you can build a profitable dropshipping store and

make at least $3,000/month profit in the next 90 days.

Sound good? Let's continue...

Dropshipping 101

Now if you already know what dropshipping is, feel free to

skip this section.

But for those who don’t, here’s how it works:

Dropshipping is a fulfilment method. Some of the biggest

websites out there use this model.

Why is dropshipping amazing?

Low barrier to entry

Low investment risk
Don’t need a warehouse or upfront inventory
Don’t need a big team
Can do it from anywhere in the world

How it works;

1) Find a product from a supplier E.G Aliexpress = $5

2) Put it on your website and mark up the price = $30
3) Run ads to the product and get a sale = $15
4) Supplier sends the product directly to the customer
5) You keep the profit = $10

Do this 10 times a day and you’ve made $100.

This is extremely simplified, but you get the point.

Now that you understand it mathematically, let me break

down the process for you.

Every dropshipping store is exactly the same. They all

consist of 3 pillars:
1) - A high converting store that turns visitors into buyers

2) - A winning product that has demand which also has

enough profit margin so that it can scale

3) - A traffic source and creatives that allows for a

consistent stable flow of potential customers

Each pillar requires total alignment in order to make sales.

Many people fail in at least one of these pillars and that’s

the reason why things are not working out for them.

I developed the S-T-P framework which guides you through

these pillars.

The S-P-T Framework

The S-P-T Framework consists of:

1 - Store
2 - Products
3 - Traffic

Each step needs to be in alignment with the others. When

you do this you end up in the ‘Golden Zone’.

So let’s get into the value:

1 - STORE

The first thing you need to do is open a Shopify store. It’s a

very easy to use platform and also has a free trial.

There’s no need to think too deep about branding and logos

at this stage, just open a store and you’ll be good. You can
change the domains, store name and logos later.

In this section it’s time to cover 4 things:

1) Choosing a store type

2) Coming up with a name
3) Creating a website
4) Creating a product page

Choosing a Store Type

There are different types of stores you can open. Not every
store type is the same. All of them have pro's and cons.

The Old Way

Traditionally you have 3 types of stores:

1) General store

These stores sell literally anything and everything. They

give you flexibility but don’t look branded at all since you
sell everything. After all, which store sells pet products and
beauty products altogether. These used to work great in
2017.

2) Niche store

These stores are limited to selling in just one niche, for

example pets or beauty. These are more branded since the
domain and logo would represent the niche of your store.
However, niche stores limit the amount of products you can
test since you’re tied to only one niche.

3) One product store

These stores only sell one product. The domain, logo and
brand is all focused on one product which makes it highly
branded. These are extremely limited because if you spend
time building the store and the product doesn't work out,
you have to build another from scratch again. This means
testing products is extremely time consuming.

All of these stores can work of course...

But here’s some things to consider:

General stores are good for beginners but don’t feel
branded which can result in low conversion rates

Niche stores are branded but have limited flexibility

because you can only sell products in your niche

One product stores are branded but bad for beginners

and extremely limited and time consuming when
testing multiple products

However there's a new type of store that has been working

amazingly well. It gives you the best of all 3 stores.

The New Way

The new way is using something we call Concept Stores.

A Concept Store is a store that has a generic brandable

name such as ‘Greyscale’ ‘Modverse’ ‘Serene’. These names
mean nothing but they can be applied to any product.

This allows you to test 1-3 products on your store at a time

to prove it's concept while getting the flexibility of a
general store, the branding of a niche store and the
conversion rate of a one product store.

If a product doesn’t work, just remove it from the store or

hide it. If it works, scale it up and brand it more. SIMPLE.
Old General Store

New Branded Concept Store

Using a Concept Store results in:

A lot of flexibility to test any products just like a

general store

Easy to set up and good for beginners like a general

store

A better branding experience like a niche & one

product store

High conversion rates like a niche & one product store

Using this type of store gives you the best of all worlds. You
can then begin to test without restrictions but quickly
become branded allowing you to scale.

90% of your sales will come from just 1-2 hero products.
You don't need loads of dead products on your store.

Coming Up With a Brand Name

So how do you come up with a name?

Simple, I like to use 2 tools:

1) NameQL
2) Namelix
Start with a root word then use the tool to find names you
like the sound of. Try to go for one or two word domains
max and always aim to get the .com

Don’t overthink this part. Shortlist 3 names you like the

sound of then select the one you like the best.

Once you have a brand name you need to create a logo. I

recommend you to do this yourself because all you need is
a nice type font and maybe an icon to compliment it.

Below are some logos. You’ll see that they are literally just a
nice type font.

You can get a font from Dafont and use free tools like
Canva or Photopea to create this yourself. If you are really
struggling then you can use a designer from Fiverr. But
honestly you can do this yourself.

Creating Your Website

Now that you have a logo and brand name you need to
build out your store. A question I get asked all the time is:
“Do I need a paid theme or can I use a free one?”

The truth is both work. Paid themes have some better

features built in but you can still make great money on a
free theme.

Here’s my top themes:

Sense - Free
Debutify - Free & paid option
Impulse - Paid
Motion - Paid

Once you’ve built out the main skeleton of your website, you
need to create a product page.

High Converting Product Pages

Now this is one of the most important parts. Most people

fail to create high converting product pages.

If you’re spending money on ads and sending people to a

product page that isn’t converting into sales then you’re
literally wasting your money.

So how do you create a high converting product page?

You follow the AIDA Framework which stands for:

A - ATTENTION
I - INTEREST
D - DESIRE
A - ACTION

ATTENTION

The first thing you need to do is capture attention. If there’s

anything you take away from this document let it be this:

“Without attention, you CANNOT sell anything”

Make sure your product photos are HQ, ideally showing the
product in use. Have 5 star reviews, social proof from
customers and bullet point benefits of the product.

Refer to the Concept Store example I showed you earlier for

reference.

INTEREST

The next thing is getting them interested in the product

you’re selling. This is done by explaining the benefits of the
product to the customer and how it’s going to solve their
problem.
People are selfish, they don’t care about the features. The
only thing they care about is what’s in it for them. So talk
about benefits, how will it save them time? Money? Improve
their confidence? Make them feel and so on.

Take the top 3-4 benefits of your product and have a

section on your product page or description dedicated to
each one.

DESIRE

People buy from people. We desire what other people have

and are influenced by other peoples experiences.

Take a look at your own behaviour. When you buy from

Amazon you buy the one with the most and best reviews.
When you want to try a new restaurant you look at the
reviews first before going.

You need to make sure you have reviews on your page that
are relevant to the person who’s potentially going to buy the
product.

ACTION

The final thing you want to do is ask for the sale. People
need direction so adding a second call to action once they
have absorbed all the info helps. At this point you can also
use scarcity and urgency to push them towards the sale.
BONUS TIP: Add in a FAQs section right before your call to
action. This helps to eliminate any last minute friction the
customer may have.

2 - PRODUCTS
After getting a lot of feedback, one of the biggest problems
beginners face is finding winning products.

Product is king. You can’t sell something that nobody

wants. You can’t turn shit into gold.

The easiest and fastest way to find a winning product is to

look at what's already selling. Find something with proven
demand.

You're not here to reinvent the wheel.

So the question is, what makes a winning product? How do

you find them? How do you know whether or not to test a
product?

A winning product can fall into 1 or 2 categories:

1) It Solves a Problem - Saves them time, money, improves

confidence etc

2) It’s Unique - Something eye catching. It can’t be easily

found in stores and typically has a passionate audience.
So how do we find winning products…

The Old Way

There was a time when you could test anything with low
effort and make sales.

All the gurus were telling you to test 5 products a day.

“Just keep testing and you’ll find a winner”

Truth is, this doesn’t work anymore. Spam testing products

is a sure fire way to burn your money and waste your time.

Quantity doesn’t beat quality.

If you’ve tested over 25 products and not had at least one

of them bring in significant results you are fundamentally
doing something wrong.

Doing things this way results in:

Wasting your money on products that were never

going to work from the start

Wasting your time setting up products and ads

Wasting your time finding products that could have

been eliminated early on
Feeling defeated after every product you test fails and
thinking nothing works

Getting awful Facebook results and you can’t

understand why

Realizing that your product becomes unprofitable once

you try to scale

Have you ever felt like this before? If you have then it’s
because you’re using the old methods that no longer work
in today’s market.

But let me show you the new way…

The New Way

You can no longer get by testing random stuff. You need a

framework that excludes products that don’t fit a certain
criteria.

This 5 step framework is as follows:

1) Find a winning product

2) Does it solve a problem or is unique
3) Can you source it
4) Does it have enough margin (3x COGs, BEROAS under 1.7)
5) Is there video content available
If a product fits all of this criteria it’s good to test it out.

Following this framework means you test less products but

have a higher win rate.

As a result:

You no longer waste money on products that were

never going to work

You find more winning products in a shorter time

frame

You get better results with your ads

Higher profit margins that allow you to scale

You save time by only testing products that you know

have solid potential

Of course you still have to test products, and nothing is

guaranteed to be a winner. But you’ll find that your win rate
significantly increases.

You’ll no longer keep going round in circles repeating failure

after failure.

So what's next...
Finding Products

Being able to identify a product that has potential is a skill.

It’s almost like a muscle. The more you work at it, the
bigger and better it becomes.

After 5 years in the game I have a good instinct and

intuition on what products I feel will work and what
wouldn’t. The only real way you get good at this skill is by
working on the muscle. Repetition is key.

You have free methods and paid methods to find products.

The best free methods are:

Scrolling your Facebook feed

Scrolling your TikTok feed
Searching TikTok (TikTok made my buy it, Amazon
finds etc)
Searching keywords on FB ads library (free shipping,
get yours, sale ends soon etc)

There are also some paid methods that speed up the

process. While these paid tools aren’t necessary to have,
they do expedite the process and can help beginners see
what winning products and ads look like.

Here are some good tools to us:

Findiful
Minea
Dropisy
Ecomhunt

In conclusion: Finding products is something that you get

better with over time. The new way will save you tons of
time and money. Put the reps in and watch how better you
become.

3 - TRAFFIC

The last part of the S-P-T framework is traffic.

When I say traffic I don’t mean the cars in the street, I mean
the visitors and eyeballs on your website.

Without traffic, everything that we’ve discussed in this

document is completely redundant. We are here to make
money!

There’s many platforms you can use to drive traffic:

Facebook
TikTok
Pinterest
Google
My preferred platform it’s Facebook.

Over the years I’ve spent millions on the platform testing

out what works and what doesn’t.

But before we talk about Facebook ads let’s talk about why
I like it over the others;

TikTok ads are also good but has spending issues and
creatives typically last a short time before you have to find
another one.

Pinterest ads are very stable but extremely slow, it takes 5-

7 days to optimize meaning product tests take too long.

Google ads are good but you’re limited to the search

volume for a keyword. Plus you’re bidding against brands
who can pay more for a click.

There’s no right or wrong platform.

Personally when at scale, Facebook is unmatched.

The Harsh Truth

Most people suck at FB ads because they don’t understand

simple marketing principles.

Facebook used to be a platform where literally anything

would work.

You could throw up a picture of a cat t-shirt and target cats

with $5 and you’d print money.

Those days are gone.

Truth is, you now need to have a marketing systems &

frameworks in place to ensure that your ads have the best
possible potential to succeed.

Without these, the results are:

You waste money on ads that were destined to fail

from the start

You waste time setting up ads that were never going to

work

You feel annoyed and frustrated that your ads are not
working

You get some success on day 1-2 then it falls off a cliff
You can’t understand why the ads are not working
leaving you confused

You are playing a losing game if you don’t understand

marketing principles. You’ll continue to launch products
and fail without understanding why.

The New Light

Your creatives play a big part when it comes to running ads.

It’s the first thing someone sees. Remember our quote:

“Without attention, you CANNOT sell anything”

If you don’t capture the person's attention with a hook,

educate them and give them a reason to click to your
product page, you won’t make any sales.

Creatives are largely made up of 3 things:

1) Ad copy
2) Video or picture
3) Thumbnail (If using a video)

Advertising Frameworks

There’s 2 frameworks I want to cover in this section:

1) ABC System
2) Video Ads Framework

The ABC System is used for creating ad copy that hooks

attention and stops the scroll. It’s extremely simple yet very
effective.

A - ATTENTION
B - BENEFITS
C - CALL TO ACTION

ATTENTION - First thing you need to do is capture

someone's attention with the first line. Call them out, pose
a question, make a statement or use a positive review.
These all work great for a first line.

BENEFIT - Next you need to explain the benefits of the

product to the customer. How will it solve their problem?
Save them time or money? Make them feel? Don’t just list
features!

CALL TO ACTION - This is where you tell them what to do

next. For example: Order Here, Get 50% off here, Get Yours.

Doing things this way will help improve your ads.

But ad copy isn’t the most important aspect of the creative.

The most important is the actual video you’re using (or
picture). More specifically the first 3 seconds...
So here’s exactly how to have videos that convert
customers into buyers:

1) Call out the problem or have an eye catching scene in the

first 3 secs

2) Introduce the product

3) Explain the top 3-4 benefits of the product

4) Include social proof from customers

5) Have some scarcity, urgency or guarantee

6) Call to action

The results doing all of these things:

You get better results from your FB ads

You start to understand where things are going wrong

and how you can fix them

You no longer waste money on campaigns that were

never going to work from the start

You enjoy longer and sustained scale from products

Using these frameworks will have a bigger impact on your
performance than trying to mess about with how many ad
sets you need per campaign, budgets to use, ABO vs CBO,
interests vs broad and so on.

Of course there’s still a right and wrong way to set things

up structure wise, but learning this will quantum leap your
skills.

Getting Zucked

One thing that stops beginners progressing is the potential

bans they may get from Facebook.

Let me tell you this, bans are easy to overcome. All you
need is the right set up.

If you know how to handle Facebook you can prevent bans

from happening and also safeguard yourself for if it does
happen.

I have developed a Horcrux FB structure which is almost

bulletproof.

I’m not going to get into details in this part because it’s a
whole topic in itself plus it very much depends on a case by
case basis since some people never experience bans at all.
Fulfilment and Scale

Once you start to get sales your goal is to scale up your

operation and make make money.

Hitting your first $100 day is great. But hitting $1,000 a

day or $10,000 feels euphoric.

There’s something amazing about waking up to sale

notifications. You slept and made money. The beauty of
selling online is money never sleeps.

To scale further you need to make sure your fulfillment is

on point. This means hiring VA’s to help you out and
moving from Aliexpress to a private agent so you can ship
your orders faster to your customers and get a better price.

Again, I’m not going to get into details in this part because
it’s much further down the line, but these are the last pieces
you need to get to $3,000/month profit in the next 90 days.

Summary

So, as you can see all you need to do is:

Open a Shopify store, select a theme, create a brand

name and logo for your Concept Store
Create a high converting product page that turns
visitors into buyers so you’re not wasting money

Identify and find winning products that pass the 5 step

framework so don’t have to rely on spam testing

Understand marketing principles and create ads that

make sales and bring in profits without wasting money
on ads that will never work

Create a well refined system that makes sure

fulfilment is on point so you can scale your store past
$10,000 a day

If you apply everything I've taught you in this document

there’s no reason why you can’t hit at least $3000/month
profit in 90 days.

Like anything in life, it’s not going to come right away. My

first stores failed.

I kept going and this is what happened in the first 2 months:

OM
OM FEC
FEC STO
TO A
AS BE
@
BE
@
I stuck through it and got better every month.

Fast forward and I’m now able to pull off results like this:

M OM
CO EC
FE OF
TO ST
AS A
E BE
B @
@

This was all learned through hours of late nights. Trial and
error. Wasting money until I figured out what worked and
what didn’t.

So trust me, if you just apply what’s in this document, you’ll

be able to get to at least $3000/month profit in the next 90
days.

So What's Next?

Well you have a few options:

Option 1:

You can do nothing and continue as you've been doing.

Maybe watch a few more YouTube videos and hope one
day you’ll figure it all out trying to not waste time, money &
energy. But how long can you continue down this path?

Option 2:

You can take everything I’ve laid out for you in this
document and follow it step-by-step. You'll get results
eventually but it will probably take you a long time to do so.

Also I’m limited by words here so there’s still some things

that I couldn’t fully explain in detail that you'd need to figure
out.

Or…

Option 3:

You can work with together with me and my brother Otis

(The Ecom Wizard) and we'll give you the exact detailed
instructions so you can make at least $3,000+/month profit
in the next 90 days.

We'll guide you throughout the process and help you

We’ll show you exactly how to easily hire VA’s to automate

parts of your business so you can focus on growing and
scaling.

We’ll give you access to our personal fulfilment agents who

What Exactly Are You Getting?

You’ll get access to 70+ step-by-step video tutorials with

lifetime access.

You’ll get access to a private discord with direct access to

me and my brother and other 7-figure ecom entrepreneurs.
We host live Q&A mentorship calls each week so you can
ask any questions. All are recorded just in case you miss a
session.

You can also choose to get personal 1-1 calls directly with
us to go over anything you like from store build, finding
products to FB ads. We’ll help you with any issues.

Does all of that sound like something you’d like to get

access to?

The goal is to get you to $3000/month profit (minimum) in

90 days or scale you past your current results.

We guarantee that if you're not making at least

$3000/month profit by the time we're done, we'll work with
you for free until you do.

We’re only taking on 15 people this month to focus on the

quality.

Once all spots are filled the price will increase.

Consider This...

Would you agree if we showed you how to build a high

converting store, gave you the themes or even built you
a store a you'd be successful?

Would you agree if we showed you how to find winning

products without wasting money & time spam testing
or even gave you products to test you'd be successful?

Would you agree if we showed you how to run

Facebook ads without wasting money on things that
were never going to work, and also gave you a FB
system that allowed you to always run ads regardless
of bans you'd be successful?

Would you agree if we gave you all of our copy & paste
email templates, VA hiring and training systems and
even my fulfilment agent you'd be successful?

If you answered yes to these questions and you’re tired of:

Going round in circles wasting time & money with no

results

Working a job you hate or in education and don't see

yourself doing the 9-5 grind...

least $3000/month profit that you can scale further so that
