The University of Engineering and Technology in Taxila, Pakistan is organizing its 20th convocation ceremony in January 2023. Graduates who completed their BSc, MS, MSc, or PhD degrees by November 15, 2022 are eligible to receive their degrees. Guests are allowed for a fee of Rs. 2000 each. Willingness forms must be submitted by November 15 to confirm participation, including any guests. Only graduates who submit the form will be allowed to attend. 20th CONVOCATION-2023
Dated: 31-10-2022

The University is organizing its Twentieth Convocation-2023 in the First week of January-2023 at Jinnah
Convention Center (JCC), Islamabad. Following Graduates are eligible for receiving Degrees in
Convocation.: -

a) The Graduates of Entry-2018 (Main Campus Taxila and Sub-Campus Chakwal) who have
completed their BSc Degrees from the University upto 15-11-2022 and the Graduates from
previous Entries who have completed their Degrees after the last Convocation (19th Convocation
i.e 05-01-2022).
b) The Graduates who have completed their MS/MSc & PhD Degrees from the University upto
15-11-2022 after the last Convocation (19th Convocation i.e 05-01-2022).
c) The Graduates of the Affiliated Institutions (APCOMS, SWEDISH, KICSIT)
d) Graduates of Affiliated Institutions will submit the form in their concerned Institute

Note:- Guests (One for each) allowed to attend the Convocation on payment of Rs 2000/- per
Guest. The amount can be paid through HBL bank Drafts (Add Rs 350/- for Bank
Drafts of other Banks), Pay Orders, Postal Orders or Bank Challans at HBL, UET
Taxila.
The Graduates must confirm their participation with or without Guests by filling the “Willingness Form
for Convocation” and sending it to the undersigned through courier or by hand but not later than
15-11-2022. The “Willingness Form for 20th Convocation” can be downloaded from UET, Taxila web
site i.e. www.uettaxila.edu.pk.

Only those Graduates will be allowed to attend the Convocation ceremony who submit the Willingness
Form.
