General Maintenance

system for carrying out the job. Once order is release, a workflow
will be triggered to the approval authority for release.
This is done via menu path - Order->Functions->Release
8 Issue Components Once released, store person will issue the reserved material MIGO
against reservation against the order. However unplanned items also may be issued
to the order.
9 Creation of PO (in case PO is to be created for External services with reference to the ME21N
of External service) Requisition number generated in the Maintenance Order. This
PO is to be handed over to the service vendor.
10 Execution of This is the physical activity of carrying out the Maintenance job. ( MANUAL

11 Create Service Entry Service entry sheet will be created after successful completion of ML81N

carried out for an order, it cannot be processed further.
This can be carried out via menu path –
Order->Functions->Complete->Complete Business.

2. Breakdown Maintenance

maintenance plan is required.
4. The respective task list is assigned.
All the scheduling parameters is filled such as call
horizon depending on time factor required for the call
object to be called in advance, scheduling period etc.

3 Scheduling Maintenance Maintenance plan is scheduled so that the planned IP10


Plan dates and call dates are displayed.

4 Change Maintenance As per the schedule Maintenance plan, Order Type IW32
Order PM03 will be created. if any change is required that can
be made.
