Our practices, policies and goals

AN OVERVIEW
About us
SK Solar Power Generation and Distribution Private Limited
is a solar power energy company that focuses on the production
of 1.1MW solar power plant and distribution founded by
Pratik Pradip Chalke & Jayendra Nandakishor Kadam.
1.1-megawatt capacity can run a commercial establishment
independently.

This size of solar utility farm takes up 4 acres of space and

gives about 5,000 kWh of low-cost electricity every day.

In the renewable energy industry, greenfields and

brownfields and referred to as project construction.
The difference between greenfields and brownfields
highlights how the land had previously been used.
Our Sustainable
Future
Greenfield development is any kind of construction or
development in previously undeveloped areas. The
benefits of Solar energy are is cost-efficient, affordable,
and effective.

Our focus is on these unused lands which further assists in waste management also we
focus on lands that cannot be majorly used for commercial or residential purpose but has
the potential to construct industrial sectors.
Who We Are
We are specialized renewable energy project developers with a track record in successfully implementing
similar ventures.

Our Project
# 1MW/1.1MW Open Access Solar power Generation Project.

An Open Access solar project refers to a solar power initiative where

multiple entities or consumers can share access to the generated
solar energy from a common solar facility. This typically involves a
solar farm or large solar installation that allows various users, such as
businesses or households, to subscribe to or purchase a portion of
the solar power output.

This approach promotes renewable energy accessibility by enabling

multiple consumers to benefit from a single solar project without the
need for individual installations. It can be particularly advantageous
for those who may not have suitable space for solar panels or prefer
not to invest in their own solar infrastructure.

Open Access models vary, but they generally involve agreements

where subscribers pay for the energy they use from the shared solar
facility. This helps contribute to a more sustainable and distributed
energy generation system.

What makes us different than our competitors is that we have a unique approach to starting the business. We think big to achieve bigger
things initially is what makes us stand apart from our competitors.

Our focus on the 1.1MV power plants will give us opportunities to install our power plants at 4 Acers open land of Solapur thereby earning
us bigger profits at the early stages of our company’s life cycle. This drive to make it big will in turn encourage the clients to invest in us and
thereby earn long-lasting and recurring clients in the process.

KEY CLIENTS
Our Clients Several Benefits.
Cost Savings: Participants can reduce electricity costs by accessing solar power
without the need for personal installations, maintenance, or upfront investments.

Environmental Impact: Users contribute to sustainability by using clean, renewable

energy, thereby reducing their carbon footprint.

Accessibility: Open access allows a wider range of users, including businesses

and individuals, to benefit from solar energy without the constraints of owning
and maintaining solar panels.

Flexibility: Users can choose the amount of solar energy they want to
purchase, providing flexibility in meeting their specific energy needs.

Supporting Renewable Energy: By participating in open-access solar, users

actively support the growth of renewable energy sources, contributing to a more
sustainable future.
How We Generate Revenue
• Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs): They may enter into agreements with
users or entities who commit to purchasing the generated solar power at agreed-
upon rates over a specified period.

• Subscription Models: Users could pay a subscription fee for access to a certain
amount of solar energy. This model often provides users with a predictable
energy cost.

• Feed-in Tariffs or Incentives: In some regions, governments offer feed-in tariffs

or incentives for renewable energy production, providing developers with additional
revenue streams.

• Sale of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs): Developers can sell RECs

associated with the renewable energy they generate, allowing others to claim
the environmental benefits of that clean energy.

• Community Solar Programs: Developers might engage in community solar

projects, where local residents or businesses invest in or subscribe to a share of the solar
power generated, receiving credits on their electricity bills.

• Grid Services: Developers may offer grid services, such as selling excess energy back to the
grid or providing ancillary services to stabilize the electricity grid.

• The revenue model can vary based on the specific business model, local regulations,
and the structure of the open-access solar project.
