4th Chakra is also called an Anahata Chakra.
It is located at centre of the chest;
it is close to the heart, so it is also called as Heart chakra. Heart chakra is represented by an air element and green colour in the body, Green colour itself shows growth, harmony, and freshness. Heart chakra is a most complex as compared to all other six chakras, it is bridge between the earthly and spiritual chakras. Heart chakra is all about the love and the exchange of emotional sharing between us and all. Why we need to activate or balance the 4th chakra? How will you know if the 4th chakra is activated or not? These all questions are important but those answer are within you only. Are you always jealous to others? Are you dependent lot on others for the small works also? You fall under as victim personality in most of the cases? do you stay away from the friend circle, and stay alone? Do you keep grudges on others and its difficult for you to forgive another? These all question you need to ask yourself and if the answer is YES, then you need to activate or balance your 4th chakra. There are various ways to activate the 4th chakra, like meditation, chanting a mantras, wearing specific stones, certain yoga position, to lessoning music etc.. The traditional way to activate the 4th chakra is to Seat and relax, make yourself comfortable at any ideal location and concentrate on your breathing cycle i.e. inhale and exhale. Start chanting a mantra “YAM” i.e. Y A M “YAM”. This mantra generates the certain frequency which helps to activate the 4th chakra. It generates the vibration in the surrounding. As per your comfort zone, Continue with the mediation process for certain time. There is one more interesting method to activate the chakra is to lesson a certain frequency music and concentrate on the certain part of the body. Just Seat and relax to concentrate on your breathing cycle i.e. breath in and breath out. Once you reach to the level of some calm and composed position, move your concentration near to the Heart Chakra, it is middle of your chest, and start the certain frequency music. There is a benefit of lessoning the certain range music, it helps to avoid any disturbance from the outside world, and it eases the concentration. Heart chakra meditation is a complex in nature, and it is slightly difficult to activate it, It would test your patience but stay there and practice the process. Continue to concentrate near to your Heart Chakra. After some time, you would feel some sort of numbness and coldness, continue... the process…… and stay calm, some fear would generate in your mind but do not worry its temporary will go away slowly. There will be some amazing energy developing withing 2-3 inch part of the Heart Chakra. Practice this meditation daily until you see some positive differences in you.
