1. Survey:
Alignment along Beam & Slab edge is
Proper.

2. Checklist for Rebar Work:
Re-bar strength and ductility (grade)
are as per design and specifications.
Hooks and bends are provided
appropriately as per specification.
Rebar is free from any crack, Rust &
mill scale or injuries defect.
Brand of reinforcement is within CE's
Schedule/BOQ/Wo.
Reinforcement placement direction is
maintained as per design.
Size (Length and Diameter) of re-bar is
as per drawing.
Alignment of re-bar is proper.
Splice length & location is accurate.
Clear cover is set properly
Spacing of re-bar & Number of re-bars
are as per design.
Chair Bar for slab is provided properly.
Crank position & Extra top length of
Slab reinforcement from
column/beam face is as per design.
Re-bar is tied with 24G wire (in each
and every joint).
At the Beam-column joint, ties are
provided properly as per drawing.
Stirrup spacing is proper (beam).
3. Checklist For Shuttering Work:
Level of shuttering is proper.

Interval of Bamboo props are
satisfactory & Props at both ends are
tighten.
Loose & defective Bamboo props are
removed.
Free end of platform sheet of slab is
fixed with beam shutter.
Forms are properly cleaned and
treated with form release agent (form
oil).
Watertightness is ensured in the
formwork.
4. Electrical or Conduit Embedding:
Electric conduits are set properly
before casting.
Conduit pipe joints has been sealed
properly with PVC Tape.
Pipes are tied with rebar at regular
interval.
Fixtures point is aligned with electrical
drawing.
5. Cleaning:
Shutter face & rebar laying Bed (Plain
Sheet) is cleaned by scrapping & wire
brush.
Re-bar is cleaned from all loose scale,
dirt, and paint oil, grease or other
foreign substance.
6. Materials & equipment’s:
Adequate Material such as cement,
aggregates and sand are presented
with respect to volume of work.
Rain protection is arranged.
Cylinder & Slump testing equipment’s
are present at site and in well
condition.
