Textile Inventory Format

This document provides instructions for completing a chemical inventory list (CIL) in a standardized format. It outlines two required tabs: 1) chemical supplier contacts with information about chemical manufacturers and suppliers, and 2) the CIL itself with details of chemical formulations, usage amounts, and safety information from SDS sheets. The goal is to have chemical suppliers register with the ZDHC gateway chemical module to improve transparency on chemical products used in supply chains.
