Heart 2

The circulatory system transports oxygen and nutrients to cells and removes carbon dioxide. It consists of the heart, blood, and blood vessels. The heart pumps blood through the body in a closed system via arteries, veins, and capillaries. Blood carries oxygen, nutrients, waste, hormones, and more. There are three types of circulation: pulmonary between the heart and lungs, systemic between the heart and rest of body except lungs, and coronary supplying the heart.
