UI/UX Designer

Location Gurgaon

Job Description: We are looking for an exceptional UI/UX Designer who can contribute to
building an equally exceptional Design oriented software product company.
As a UX Designer, you will make a positive impact on the lives of users. The position requires
the role to be involved deeply in the product creation process, by anticipating what the
users need, advocating for them and ensuring that the final product surprises and delights
them.

The role will create user flows and wireframes as well as build user interface mockups and
prototypes, and work collaboratively with a team comprising of Product Management, other
cross functional and Product Development teams.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product manager and
business analyst and end users.
2. Apply Design thinking approaches, design methodology to come up with innovative
ideas
3. Design user task flows and navigation flows.
4. Define the end-to-end, holistic customer experience, communicate design decisions and
lead cross-functional teams to decode problems to provide effective design solutions.
5. Illustrate design ideas using wireframes, storyboards, process flows, low fidelity
prototypes and sitemaps
6. Design User interface elements for both Desktop and Mobile screen.
7. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems with in the developed modules.
8. Conduct usability and user testing and do design fixes based on user feedback

Skills:
1. Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer for enterprise products/web applications,
for desktop as well as meant for mobile devices (not looking for candidates with only
website design experience)
2. Exceptional problem solving skills
3. Knowledge of Design thinking approaches, design methodology, persona, and tools to
generate new ideas closest to user.
4. Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Sketch, Invision, Craft, Adobe Illustrator,
Adobe Xd and Photoshop
5. High-level knowledge of available material-design UI components, design System.
6. Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Adobe Xd, Figma) will be added advantage
7. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
8. Good time-management skills

Experience & Qualification Required


1. 3+ years of Experience in UI/UX designing of enterprise software applications both
for web and mobile
2. Candidates with B.Des/ M.Des/ MFA diploma/degree certifications or equivalent
qualification in the field of Product designing / UX design/ User Centered Design /
Industrial designing from premium colleges will be preferred.
3. A detailed portfolio containing UX, digital product project through online showcases.
