Notice Inviting Bid


NIT No: NHAI/RO-Chennai/VUP @ Km.288+450/2023-24/151 dated 08.11.2023
RFP for “Construction of Vehicular Underpass (VUP) at Km.288+450 (Manmangalam
Village) in the project of Namakkal – Karur Section of NH-44 in the State of Tamil Nadu on
EPC mode”.

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highways Authority of India is
engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of this endeavour, it has been decided
to undertake Construction of Vehicular Underpass (VUP) at Km.288+450 (Manmangalam
Village) in the project of Namakkal – Karur Section of NH-44 in the State of Tamil Nadu on
EPC mode.

The National Highways Authority of India now invites bids from eligible contractors for the
following project:

29.11.2023 (upto 11.00 Hrs. IST). Bid must be submitted online only at https://etenders.gov.in on
or before 29.11.2023 (upto 17.00 hours IST). Bids received online shall be opened on 30.11.2023 (at
17.30 hours IST).
Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, Power of Attorney for
signing the Bid, Power of Attorney for lead member of JV, if any, Joint Bidding Agreement for JV,
if any, Integrity Pact and experience certificates apostile at foreign origin, if any shall be submitted
physically in original by the Lowest Bidder before issue of Letter of Award (LOA) by the Authority.
Please note that the National Highways Authority of India reserves the right to accept or reject all or
any of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
