Finance Company Ltd (Formnerly Fullerton India Home Finance Company Ltd). As and
when the society is incorporated and share certificate is issued in relation to the said
premises the same shall be handed over to Fullerton India Home Finance Cornpany Ltd.

We also undertake to inform and give proper notice to the co-operative housing societ
as and when formed, about the property being so mortgaged.
