INTRODUCTION
RATIONALE
A biomolecule is any molecule discovered in an organism that
participates in one or more usually organic processes, such as
cell division, morphogenesis, or development. Proteins,
carbohydrates, lipids, and nucleic acids are examples of big
macromolecules (also known as polyelectrolytes), as are
primary metabolites, secondary metabolites, and herbal
products. Organic elements are another key requirement for
this type of cloth. Biology, as well as its subfields of
biochemistry and molecular biology, investigate biomolecules
and their interactions. Biomolecules are a necessary
component of all living creatures; while they are frequently
endogenous and created by the organism, they also
commonly require external biomolecules, such as positive
nutrients, to exist. The vast majority of biomolecules (96%)
are natural. However, numerous other elements, including a
variety of biometals, are also present in minor quantities.
These biomoleculesand metabolic pathways are referred to as
"biochemical universals" or the "concept offabric cohesion of
the living beings," which is a unifying idea in biology along
with the mobileular idea and evolution idea. The uniformity of
each specific kinds of molecules (the biomolecules) and of
certain metabolic pathways are invariant functions of a
number of the enormous variety of life forms. A living system
develops, maintains, and procreates. A living system's ability

Research Methodology
The researchers of the study are given the task to
conduct a test about biomolecules. The researchers
made a standardized test for the Grade 10 participants of
the research. SY. 2022-2023 in Gen T. De Leon National
High School. The first procedure of the ten participants
scores are based on the pre test that acquire the lowest
score of 33%. The first procedure used a 15 minutes
time to analyze and answer the questions. The section
Sapphire class used the method of using a lecture with
discussion and this classis consist of heterogeneous
learners.
Data Analysis
The Researcher conduct the pre-test in the participants. The
10 participants was exposed to the lecture and discussion
method. The participants are given with a question and
multiple choices to answer. After the 15 minutes time the pre-
test is done. And after the pre – test, the post test is given to
the participants and both of the pre-test and post-test are
successfully checked and analyzed by the researcher. The
researcher use all of the percentage score in the pre-test and
post-test to compare and evaluate whether the percentage of
the post-test is higher to the pre-test.
