Lesson Plan in Mathematics III Odd Even 1

This lesson plan aims to teach students to identify odd and even numbers. It begins with a review of greater/less than concepts and a game to engage students. Students will learn that even numbers can be divided by 2 with no remainder and end in 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8, while odd numbers cannot be divided by 2 without a remainder and end in 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9. Examples are provided through story problems and a video. Students will then practice identifying numbers as odd or even through pictures and examples. They will apply their knowledge through a group activity. Finally, students will complete an individual evaluation and assignment.
