1. In reference with DepEd Order No. 44, series 2015, entitled Guideline on the
Enhancement of School Improvement Planning (SIP) Process and the School Report
Card all schools are to follow the process in crafting SIP and this includes data gathering
and organization.

2. The purpose of this activity is to identify the priority improvement areas of the school and
ensure that all policies implemented in the school is data driven.

3. Templates to be used in data gathering is uploaded in the Buri Elementary School group
chat.

4. Deadline of submission of data/ printed copy is on December 16, 2022.

5. Please see attached table to see your assignment/s.
