10. Imitation (verbal, non verbal)
11. Eye hand coordination
12. Behavioral problems (if observed any e.g. hitting, kicking, snatching, etc)
13. Observe (Adult-child interaction, child-adult interaction and child-child interaction)
14. Response to activities during session
15. Socialization (communication, participation, expression or understanding of feelings
and emotions, social conventions e.g. saying thank you, please, sorry etc )
16. Language (expressive & receptive e.g. expressing needs through words of gestures,
understand commands etc)
17. Self help (grooming, toilet training, feeding, dressing, safety awareness)
18. Cognitive area (higher order functioning e.g. problem solving, judgment, abstract
reasoning, general knowledge , object recognition , academics
19. Motor area (Fine and gross motor skills )
