01 M OBDIS
The MobDis Logo is one of the companys most precious assets. It is responsible for communicating the qualities that make MobDis unique. This basic guide has been developed to ensure its correct usage whenever it is reproduced and applied. The MobDis logo is composed of three elements: the letter M, the wi-fi signal icon and the MobDis logotype. The orientation and configuration of these elements are carefully designed in relation to each other, and provide optimum legibility in all sizes. Do not attempt to re-create the artwork. These elements must always remain in the exact size and position that appear in the reproducible artwork.
02 C OLOUR
The use of colour is an important aspect of the MobDis Logo. By applying these colours consistently across all brand communications, a unified look and feel is created, at the same time building brand recognition for MobDis. To accomodate a range of reproduction and printing requirements, a number of signature colour variations have been developed for use. Keep in mind that the full colour version is always preferred for brand communications. However, the greyscale versions should be used when colour reproduction is limited. Do not use any other colour variations for these elements.

Whenever the MobDis logo needs to be applied on a dark background colour that compromises legibility due to weak contrast, the reverse versions of the logo should be applied. Do not use any other colour variations for these elements.

08 T Y POGRAPHY
One of the key factors in the effectiveness of any identity system is the disciplined use of a specified type family in all brand communications. Using a consistent family of typefaces reinforces the identity of MobDis and MobDis Pro, and adds to a cohesive visual style. Futura has an appearance of efficiency and forwardness. The typeface is derived from simple geometric forms and is based on strokes of near-even weight, which are low in contrast. The typeface is chosen as the primary typography for MobDis and MobDis Pro as the wi-fi signal icon is also derived from simple geometric forms, giving the signature an appearance of harmony. Futura Book should be used for all running text, while Futura Heavy should be used for headers and to add emphasis. Wherever Futura is not available, eg. for web use, the secondary typeface, Verdana, should be used instead.
