Tcertification allows you to demonstrate your commitment to transparent business practices and assume
responsibility for the due diligence process, paying for and owning your rigorously reviewed due diligence report. This
approach eliminates redundant reviews and gives you the ability to share your verified due diligence information with
an unlimited number of global partners. Once you successfully complete the review process, you gain the valuable
business advantage of being recognized in the compliance community as having gone through the gold standard in
due diligence.
Tcertified entities are pre-vetted partners for multinational companies seeking to do business with suppliers, agents
and consultants who share their commitment to commercial transparency. Tcertification reports contain a wealth
of anti-bribery compliance information establishing that you or your organization have been thoroughly vetted and
trained by Tcompliance, a leading provider of third party risk management solutions and compliance training.

Tcompliance eLearning is available in up to 26 languages. If you wish to train over
40 employees or access additional training courses outside of the Global Anti-Bribery
Compliance Course, a fee of US$50 per user per course will be incurred.
Companies and individuals that have completed Tcertification within the last year are included in the Intermediary
Directory, a publicly searchable database of potential business partners for multinational companies. Users may
request and obtain Tcertified Due Diligence reports for third parties in the Intermediary Directory at no cost.
Tcertification is not a guarantee against past or potential wrongdoing by the certified entity or a guarantee against potential liability. A summary of any “red
flags” identified during the Tcertification review will be included in the report, but not all red flags preclude Tcertification. Companies seeking to do business
with Tcertified entities must request and read the underlying reports in the context of all facts known to them, their business and their appetite for risk.
Depending on the nature, size and scope of the proposed project with an intermediary, more extensive due diligence may be warranted.
