Enzene is in business of Biosimlilars, Phytopharma, Peptide and Regenerative
Business. Enzene has following centres:
R&D Centre : The R&D centre has technical expertise in terms of talent and
infrastructure to access biosimilar market in domestic as well as global. The centre
is integrated with capabilities including cloning, process development and novel
formulation development. cGMP Plant: Enzene Biosciences plans to set up a large
scale cGMP production facility in MIDC, Chakan, Pune. This plant would satisfy
Enzene’s growing portfolio of biosimilars. Spread over 5 acres, the capabilities of
the site would be mammalian cell culture production facility, microbial and drug
product filling.

Job Title:- Business Analytics (Financial Data CEO Dashboard)


**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Data Gathering and Analysis:** Collaborate with finance and data teams to
collect and analyse financial data from various sources within Enzene.
2. **Data Cleansing and Preparation:** Ensure the accuracy and consistency of
financial data by cleansing and preprocessing it for analysis.
3. **CEO Dashboard Development:** Work closely with our analytics team to
design, construct, and customize a CEO dashboard for financial data, utilizing
preferred tools like Tableau or Power BI.

4. **KPI Definition:** Engage with finance experts to define and document critical
financial performance indicators and metrics for the dashboard.
5. **Data Visualizations:** Craft engaging and insightful data visualizations, charts,
and graphs that effectively convey financial insights.
6. **Data Interpretation:** Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
and recommendations to support decision-making.
7. **Documentation:** Prepare detailed documentation of dashboard
development processes and methodologies for future reference.
8. **Testing and Validation:** Conduct rigorous testing and validation of the
dashboard to ensure accuracy and functionality.
9. **Training and Support:** Assist in training end-users, including our CEO and
other executives, on how to efficiently utilize the financial data dashboard.
10. **Continuous Improvement:** Actively seek feedback and identify
opportunities to enhance the dashboard's design and functionality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

collect and analyze data from various sources within Enzene's supply chain.
2. **Data Cleansing and Preparation:** Ensure data accuracy and consistency by
cleansing and preprocessing data for use in analytics.

3. **Dashboard Development:** Work closely with our analytics team to design,


develop, and customize a CEO dashboard for the supply chain matrix, using
preferred tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
4. **KPI Definition:** Engage with key stakeholders to define and document
relevant supply chain performance indicators and metrics.
5. **Visualizations:** Create compelling and informative data visualizations,
charts, and graphs that effectively convey supply chain insights.
6. **Data Interpretation:** Analyze supply chain data and provide valuable
insights and recommendations to enhance decision-making.
7. **Documentation:** Prepare detailed documentation of dashboard
development processes and methodologies for future reference.
