THE PLATFORM – ABOUT CATIFY TM

Catify? That's the name of our translation interface, finally!

Browser
TextMaster and Catify work on the latest update of all browsers, with a slight
preference for Google Chrome.

Language Tool
Catify has a built-in autocorrect feature that works in several languages. Click here
to find out more about the languages supported.

Grammarly
For projects outside of Catify, we strongly recommend that you use Grammarly
(downloadable here). This is a free extension that allows you to have a spell checker
on your browser.

IF THERE IS A FILE TO DOWNLOAD:

1. Once you have accepted the task, click on

Download to obtain the source file.
2. Remember to as for a moderation if you need
more time.
3. When your translation is ready, you can Upload
the file and Save before clicling on Send text to
deliver it to the client.
4. The target file must be in the same format as
the source file (e.g. .doc file ≠ .docx file)

IF IT IS SEGMENTED CONTENT :
WORK IN CATIFYTM

1. You can start translating directly online.

2. Validate each segment to be able to deliver the
task. The shows the segment is validated.
3. Tags contained in the source segment must
also be in the target.
4. When you are done with the translation, click
on Send to client.

IF THE TASK IS A COPYWRITING TASK:

1. The client specifies the keywords and the number of times

they should appear in your text. If the keywords seem
wrong, ask for moderation and we will find a solution.

need. Are you in doubt? Go to the bottom of the page and
contact the customer.

Minimum/Maximum: you will not be able to deliver your task 2

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Quality Control
Some tasks are checked by a Language Manager before being sent to the
client. The Language Manager may contact you to revise your work, check
your mailbox!

Delivery
When your click on Send to client, the client (or the Language Manager)
receives it immediately in his/her interface. They have 7 to 14 days to ask
you a question or request a revision.

Payment
After this 7 to 14 days period, you will receive your payment on your
TextMaster account. Upload an ID and withdraw your earnings when you have
at least 50€ in your wallet. It can take up to 48h before you receive your
earnings on your account.

Do not forget to complete your profile and to provide the required information. It
will make the payment process, contact with project managers etc. much simpler.
