Ref: Munities of Meeting No 216 dated 01/05/2017, regarding meeting held on dated 18/04/2017 & 19/04/2017, under chairperson of Hon'ble VC & MD, GIDC, Gandhinagar. With reference to the above mentioned subject, it is to inform you that a meeting was held under chairperson of Hon'ble VC & MD, GIDC, Gandhinagar on dated 18/04/2017 & 19/04/2017 for discussing pending issues of Associations. Accordingly the minutes of meeting has been issued vide letter No GIDC/GM/COR/216 dated 01/05/2017 by Executive Director (Cord) GIDC, Gandhinagar. (Copy Enclosed). In Which, the instruction for recovery of service charges has been given that the responsibly of Accounts officer is only to issue the bills of service charges on getting records from them, Executive Engineer in charge will look after the recovery part and Regional Manager, in charge will be Monitoring the same. In view of above, all Executive Engineer are requested to take necessary action for recovery of service charge from industries under relevant act / water supply / Drainage regulation act may also be utilised to strengthen the recovery of Service Charges, as soon as the list provided by Accounts officer of particular estate.
