Her duties included but were not limited to the following;

▪ Taking customer order and delivering food and beverages


▪ Greeting and escorting customers to their tables
▪ Presenting the menu, answering questions and making suggestions regarding drink orders, using
a POS ordering software and order slips
▪ Assisted in keeping restaurant clean and safe, arranging table setting and maintaining a tidy
cleaning area
▪ Making bed, changing lines and tidying up rooms
▪ Washing, cleaning, drying and folding numerous hotel linen and laundry items
▪ Arranging clothes in the laundry room as per the specifications
▪ Updating the laundry list and recording it on a daily basis
▪ Provide excellent customer service to guests

Cyntia is a resourceful, creative and a good performer. She is also passionate at work, always willing to
take over new challenges and responsibilities. She is a team player, pleasant, and gets along well with
