OBJECTIVE
• My objective to do an internship was to learn new things and improve myself to be capable
of taking tasks and higher management positions.
• An internship can help a student decide if a particular career is a good match for their
personality, lifestyle, passions and goals. This way a student can avoid spending time and
money on training for a career that does not really suit their abilities or needs. By
successfully completing an internship, a student can obtain a positive recommendation
that can be used for future employers, college admission and scholarship applications
• Another objective was to utilize internships in a great way to build my resume and
develop skills that can be emphasized for future jobs.
• I wanted to improve skills in communication and technology.
• Main objective was to improve professionalism in myself so that it will be very much
beneficial for my career.

aims to become the first choice when it comes to quick and convenient Personal Loans. The documentation
required is very minimal, and the entire process - starting from registration on our app to loan disbursement
does not take more than 15 minutes. The application process is completely online, and upon approval, the
cash is immediately transferred to the bank account of the user.

Aiming to transform small and medium enterprises into large, they offer credit solutions that customized

Details Of Work Done
Desktop Marketing: -
The First few days I sent messages to companies through WhatsApp informing them about our loan
services. In a day, I used to send messages to about 1200 WhatsApp numbers every day.
I worked on his Telegram account to find his competitor. Where I found many of their rivals who
are doing better than the company. And I also made social media posts and reels for their company's
Instagram page
I also talked to clients 1-2 times only, who replies on the WhatsApp and I asked them whether they
have any financial need or not, and when he said yes, I passed the call over to the senior for further
discussion.
• Finding clients-
There was a website on which the details of all the companies are kept. I used to copy the and record
the in excel sheet so that we can approach them for our services.
• Visiting Client-
Sometimes, I used to go with my seniors.to meet new clients and observe them how they talk and
explain to clients about our services.
• Working on Excel
Most of all I worked on MS Excel, from a website I ccopied the details of many companies and
wrote them well in excel, which also had the mobile numbers of them and their proprietors. so
that we can approach them by WhatsApp and their emails.
Every day at office I learn something new and different. In these 45 days I learn many things which will
also help me in my future. Getting experience of working as intern was memorable and helpful.
I learnt how to send messages (including text messages and photos) to multiple numbers on
WhatsApp at once by using a software application.
I got to learn about various documents which are necessary for application of loan and filing the
same.
• Drafting messages
Drafting WhatsApp messages according to the queries of clients and provide them information, that
helped me in recognizing the main queries that may be faced by other clients and shall be fixed by
the company
• Teamwork
Internship programs also develop the ability to work in a team, to have different notices on the same
solutions and also to make relationship with your mentors and co-workers. In the end, I would like
to emphasize the fact that my internship program helped me severely not only from the professional
point of view but also from the personal aspects.
Once you learn what’s expected from you in a professional setting, you will learn how to
relax more at an office and focus more energy on excelling at the work itself.
Suggestions to the Organization
The company is not very active on social media platform through which information regarding
many new schemes can be communicated to customers.
• Be Responsive:
According to me the main weakness of the company is that they don’t respond to consumers. Delay
in resolving their queries leads to disappointment in consumers as a result of this consumers change
their mind and approach another company.
• To do good promotions:
Social media promotions are not enough. Company should adopt new promotional strategies and
multilingual promotion so that people who don’t understand English can reach the company’s
Conclusion
This internship was a useful experience. I have gained new knowledge, skills and met many new
people. I achieved several of my learning goals, however for some the conditions did not permit. I
got insight into professional practice.
My primary objective of doing Internship was to gain working experience by doing the things in a
practical form. I have developed a lot of confidence and courage to talk with someone in a
professional way. Working here added more confidence to my professional career. Every day at
office I learn something different. As an Intern in the office, I face many challenging tasks to take
care of, the team was very helpful and supportive, they helped me and support me in the task in
which I am facing problem
Working in a team gave me stronger and positive attitude.
The internship was also good to find out what my strengths and weaknesses are. This helped me to
define what skills and knowledge I have to improve in the coming time. It would be better that the
knowledge level of the language is sufficient to contribute fully to projects. After my master I think
that I could start my working career. However, I could perform certain tasks in research better if I
practice/know more the research methodologies applied in cetacean studies. It would also be better
if I can present and express myself more confidently. At last, this internship has given me new
insights and motivation
