 Academic transcripts and certificates notarized colored copies (Matric Onwards…)

 Experience letters/ Job contract & pay slips notarized colored copy
 Refusal Letter (of any country ‐ If any)
 Marriage Certificate / Nikah Nama & True translation (If married) Notarized
 Statement of Purpose (500+ words stating why have you chosen Australia and why this
particular course, future
 prospects and that you intend to study in Australia temporarily)
 Proof of tuition fee transfer
 Signed 956a Form
 Police character certificate

SPONSOR DETAILS & FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS

 CNIC Sponsor notarized colored copy & True translation (on A4 size paper)
 Bank Statement (Minimum 6-month-old account with 3 month-maintained statement,
cash deposits are not acceptable, account transfer & check drafts are acceptable proof of
funds on every transection more than 5 lac)
 Bank Account Maintenance letter (with closing balance on it)
 Affidavit of financial support (from sponsor) on stamp paper
 Affidavit of Annual income of sponsor.
SPONSOR’S PROOF OF INCOME

SALARIED PERSON

 Job letter
 Last 6 month’s salary slips, Salary account Bank Statement, Job Card
 If Retired (Retirement Proof/ Pension documents), Remittance letters for foreign income

BUSINESS MAN

 Business profile on business letter head (Should have a brief introduction on about
business, start date and owners)
 Business/ visiting cards along map on the back or branches address, Google Adress
 Reference letters from business concerns, Pictorial Evidence
 Trade union membership, Business Contract, NTN (Tax returns)
 Bank Statement Use for Business Purpose, Salary Record to Employes

OTHER SOURCES OF INCOME

 Property Documents original & English translation


 Evaluation of property
 Rental Agreements original & English translation (guest CNIC front back original,
translated and contact details) (rental income should be deposit into bank account)
 Agriculture income proof, Lease Agreement if the land is on lease
 Fard signed by Patwari/ Mukhtyar kar
 Dairy Farm, Vaccination Certificate by Vet, Pictures, Sales receipts, Letter head income
declaration

BIOMETRICS

 To be collected after visa file submission (8100 PKR)


 Embassy Visa fee to be paid on submission of visa file 720 AUD

MEDICAL

 Polio vaccination certificate (not older than 6 months)


 Embassy Medical (To be done after visa file submission, proximately 35,000 PKR)
