TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF?

Well first of all thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to
interviewed to this company today. My name is John Ryan, 30yrs old. And I
would like to describe myself to be a somebody who is very positive. I am
conscientious in my work. I am hardworking and I am resilient so I can deal
with different scenarios as when required.

Before I apply in this job, I spend my time reading the job descriptions to make
sure that I have the necessary skills and qualities to carry out my duties to the
standards that you would expect. I am professional. I am able to follow rules
and procedures. I would also describe myself to somebody who is a fast
learner. I also have previous experience in customer service but in local
accounts, I thinks that’s gives me the advantage in this position. When I’m on
my free time I keep myself fit and active which help me to maintain
concentration levels once I’m at work.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK IN OUR COMPANY?


Firstly, I would like to take this moment to appreciate the wonderful
opportunity given to me to be interviewed at a reputed company like yours.

I understand that I am a fresher when it comes to BPO because I worked in a


company as Timekeeper for a long time, but I have always wanted to be a part
of your company’s workforce as it promises to be a place wherein the learning
curve is great & hard work is appreciated.

I have always looked towards companies like yours to bloom my career again
but in different field. I believe with the right atmosphere at the workplace, one
can achieve much more than working at an unappreciative workplace.

This is one of the biggest reasons why your company tops my priority list. I
assure you that I have the zeal to give 100% towards my work & bring a
noteworthy contribution to this company.

WHY YOU CHOOSE THIS JOB?


BPO industry is among the highest-paying jobs in the world.

Entering the industry will expose me to different cultures, business practices,


and etiquette. As a result, a career in BPO allows me to meet, learn from, and
collaborate with professionals that are the best in their field.
I’ve met a lot of call center agents whose lives changed for the better because of
this industry. Not only are they able to put food on their tables but they also
improved their professional skills and experiences. I’d like to be one of those
proud agents and hopefully, someday, climb the corporate ladder.

And aside from that, they offer above-average compensation for the Philippines’
standard salary. Plus, they’re 100% work from home so there’s no stress of
commuting and office dress code. As what they published, they also provide
HMO and good benefits for their employees. Please correct me if something has
changed.

CAN YOU WORK UNDER PRESSURE?


In any job one has to face with stressful situations that require them to work
under pressure on a daily basis and with time one learns to manage stress. For
most of us it is just part of the job. And, I also like the challenge of working
under pressure, but proper planning and time management skills can take the
pressure of.

TELL ME ABOUT A DIFFICULT SITUATION AND HOW YOU


OVER COME IT?
In my previous job, I had work piled up due to a hectic schedule in our
workload and health problems. I was feeling under the pressure but I stepped
back and decided that I had to prioritize those things. So, I wrote down a list of
all the things that I have to do or had to be done at a specific time or date and
started creating a priority list for them. I also made sure that I didn’t try to
push myself too far, as I understood it would just lead to more delays in the
end. I was able to finish my tasks, although not all of them were within the
desired timeline. However, the situation taught me the importance of
prioritizing and focusing on problems head-on. There is no point in running
away from them and being honest can help.

WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU?


Everybody starts from somewhere and I choose to start here. When I was in
college, I organized number of events or webinars. And because of that I was
able to enhance my communication skills. I may not be the best for this
position or I may not be the best candidate can ever source, but I will always
try to be better than them. Because every day for me is a learning opportunity
and I great everything as a learning curve. Because being better is always
better than being the best. Because there is always a room for improvements.

WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES?


I am a very patient person capable of dealing with applicants. I can
think out of the box, so I have exceptional problem-solving skills. I
have good communications skills, and I can learn how to operate
new computer programs very fast. I am a team player, and I get
along with people very well. Those are my strengths. As for my
weaknesses, I guess my biggest weakness is working too much and
not knowing when to stop. I would say that this is a weakness
because sometimes, I would render too much over time that it
becomes detrimental to my health.

HOW DO YOU KNOW OUR COMPANY?


I am actively searching on tiktok and facebook for the past days,
and some employees of cyberbacker posted on this platform while I
searching for a company where I can apply for work. I reviewed the
job description on cyberbacker and it seemed like a great potential
fit so I wanted to apply and learn about the opportunity your
company offer.
