what kind of problem you believe it would solve? What benefits would users
receive?
Where and how can it make life better, more convenient or more enjoyable?

This application is very useful and necessary for those people who for various reasons
they have not been able to attend any class or simply want to have more information on
a specific topic. In it app, students and teachers upload their notes to the application and
then share them with other users and download them.
Thanks to this application many students could have all the necessary information of
each subject without wasting time asking for it or looking for it without risking that this
information could be false. It would solve problems such as the lack of information to
perform a job or at the time of taking an exam, the students would not have the excuse
that this has not happened because everything that was done in the notes would appear.
This application is intended for students of any course or subject of colleges and
institutes as well as those of the university.
This will allow students to compare different notes and modify their own if they have a
mistake. All this will improve the lives of students and teachers, as both can improve
from the notes that different users raise. Also when teaching teachers, they can also
benefit from comparing different notes and choosing the ones that are simpler and more
complete.

2. Description of the technical specifications of the app (platforms, OS,

First, the application can be used both on mobile and computer. It is available on
Android, IOS, and Windows.
This application has been designed by authentic professionals in fields such as
Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, design, etc. The application has a wide
multimedia (audio, video ...) and also has the user of a virtual assistant that informs
about the class notes. The application connects to the internet via Wi-Fi network or
mobile data and also has Bluetooth support to be able to exchange class notes without
the need to be connected to the internet. The application can be connected to either “one
drive”, “iCloud drive” or “google drive” to save class notes in the cloud, although the
application also has its own database in the cloud called “NFS drive”, and each User
will have 5 GB of storage, although more space can be purchased at a cheap price.
The excellent interface presented by the application facilitates the convenience of users
to get the most out of the application. In addition, it consists of a menu not to be missed.
It is necessary for the user to register in the application to be able to use it, although
they can also log in with Google or Facebook. The application contains a tool to write
class notes and then save them in the format that the user wants, or send them.

Another tool in the application allows you to take pictures of your class notes and they
are automatically transferred to digital format by means of an OCR scan of each of the
written words. The user can also narrate their class notes to pass them on letters in the
application without the need to write. The application is simple to use and in turn has a
lot of utilities and tools so that students can work and organize in the most comfortable
way.

3. Description of the app performance: What does it do? How does it operate?

This application is very easy to handle since you do not need more than a laptop to work
with it. There is also a version for mobile phones even more practical and simple than
the computer since you can use it at anytime and anywhere. This application is made for
students, it makes their lives easier and takes away from worries because if they do not
go to class this application ensures them to have all the class notes that same afternoon.
The application consists of a menu in which when you open the application you have to
indicate to the course or career that you belong to be able to assign the contents of the
course in which you are.
Once you have indicated the course you are in, the application is divided into the
subjects you have as physics, mathematics, programming ... depending on the course or
career.
In the subjects you have the notes of the subject you want, which have been uploaded
by different people and thanks to this you can compare them and choose the one that
best suits what you are looking for.
This application is also controlled by numerous experts who make the information you
upload correct and not something invented as in other applications or websites. Thanks
to this, the population can use it without fear that what they copy is wrong.

4. Difficulties encountered when designing your application.

One difficulty we find is that many people become vague because they incorrectly use
the full potential of the application that is a source of resources for any need for study
and work. We also found some problems when publishing it, it took us two weeks to
correct all the errors and make the application work correctly. Another problem that we
encountered and is probably the greatest of all was finding all types of university careers
and finding and uploading everything requested, once all the work requested by various
users of their careers began to work correctly everything. The last problem we had was
that the application collapsed due to the large amount of data and information uploaded.
Since we did not think that the first weeks we had so much application request.
In one day it was solved and did not give problems again.
Another difficult, I found later was that some parents thought their children were
becoming lazy, because they didn’t understand the purpose of this project.
The solution was to start doing programs with annoying parents so that they understood
the true purpose.

and everyone ended up seeing the potential of our program for students and to get any
information.
One of the solutions that occurred to us to free up space in the application was that if
some notes of any person are not downloaded or displayed for a long period of time, it
is automatically removed from the web cloud, this allows us to release a large amount of
space removing those notes that are either too short or not very well understood and the
student community does not like the notes of the person who has uploaded them.

5. What kind of people is your app intended for?

This application is intended especially for students of all ages, as it includes a menu in
which courses and subjects are divided. It is also a good initiative for teachers because
thanks to this application you can choose the best class notes to give your class.
Although this application can be used by anyone who is interested in a specific subject
or in a subject, so it will further educate society. It can also be very useful for those
people who cannot attend class for any reason, and thanks to it they will not lose what
their classmates have given those days.
It will also serve so that teachers when putting a job or an exam know exactly what they
have given and therefore what they can demand from students and in this way no
problem occurs in the future. In short, this application is intended for anyone interested
in learning and teaching what they know.
Although especially to teachers and students who thanks to them both can learn from
different class notes uploaded to the application and modify them if in any case you
have an error.
The application allows you to be connected with students and teachers, it is a
community of students / teachers with which you can learn about any topic that interests
you in teaching.
The application allows you to easily pass notes between people around the world,
thanks to this you can connect the different types of cultures and join the information of
all of them.

6. Similarities and differences with other apps already existing.

First, although this application may resemble others, it's not like that the difference is
obvious, since this application facilitates the fact of studying. You can find any type of
information at any time.
While in similar ones you have to wait for the class notes to rise and you don't know if
they can be clear enough. In our application we facilitate the study as much as possible,
since not everyone likes.
So we offer a study of any degree of education at a cheaper price than in centers or in
other applications. For this reason we try to inspire everyone to get to do what they
really like without any impediment and even with help.

Furthermore in this application both teachers and students can upload their class notes,
so they help each other and does not have failures because they are reviewed before.
This application is unique, as it has been developed by the best experts in each field,
both engineering and graphic design.
This application differs from others in that its use is very comfortable and makes life
more comfortable for people who use it. It also has a very comfortable interface and a
database in the cloud that other applications do not have.
The application is considered as number one among the rest of applications, and
without a doubt the most modernized speaking in the computer field.
A peculiarity of this application is that it makes use of an artificial intelligence
implemented in the database, so that the data is analyzed and simplified in different
categories.
In addition, the rest of the work applications are not available for several operating
systems, unlike ours, which is available for almost all operating systems: Android, IOS,
Windows, Linux ...
The application can be connected via the Wi-Fi network with other devices to facilitate
the exchange of data between students, which other applications do not allow.
This application also presents a series of features that make them unique compared to
other applications, such as printing, comfort, ease of use, the need for a database...
For example this application resembles Wikipedia, in which people upload information
about different topics, the difference with our application, is that it is controlled by
expert numbers that makes the uploaded information verified, so it is correct, to be
able to use it in the future.
