New Units Inspections

The inspection report noted several maintenance and installation issues across multiple buildings. Building 02 required outdoor unit connections and switches as well as piping insulation. Several rooms in Building 9 and 04 needed electrical connections for new window and split units along with proper unit fixing and insulation. Piping and valve work was in progress for new chillers in Building E-01. Room 703 in Building 1 required electrical connection and drainage for a new window unit. Water filling was underway in the repaired tank of Building T-01.

a. Connections Required for Outdoor Units.
b. Selector Switch Required for Outdoor Units
c. Proper Insulation Required to cover the Copper Piping
2. Building# 9 (Windows Units)
a. Room# 628, Window Unit Installed, Electrical Connection Required
b. Room# 627 & 621, Window Unit Installed, Electrical Connection Required
c. Proper Fixing required for the Units
3. Building# 04 (L5, Technical Room)
a. Room# 502, Two New Split Unit Installed, Electrical Connection Required
b. Civil Work required & Drain Line Not Installed
c. Proper Insulation Required for Copper Pipe (Outdoor Unit)
4. Building# E-01
a. Piping Network is in Progress for both New PETRA Chillers
b. Ball Valves, Gate Valves and Secondary Pump Connections are in Process
5. Building#1 Lift Machine Room
a. Room# 703, New Window Unit Installed, Electrical Connection Required
b. Proper Drain Line Required
6. Building#T-01
a. After Repairing Water Tank, Water Filling in the Tank is in Process.
