The undersigned would like to seek approval from your good office to conduct face to face School Learning
Action Cell (SLAC) sessions on September 15, 22 & 29, 2023 at 3:00-5:00 in the afternoon.

The SLAC will focus on the discussion of the nine (9) classroom observable indicators (COI) of RPMS-
PPST for SY 2023-2024 which are relevant in the preparation of teacher’s observation and of the teacher’s
portfolio as well. The in-depth discussion on the COIs is deemed significant to achieve success in every
teacher’s teaching and learning goals.

Attached herewith are Session Guide and slide decks to be used.

Big Group/Plenary sharing The LAC Facilitator leads the discussion, guide the 60 minutes
members for answering the synthesis questions and let
each one synthesizes insights shared and learnings
gained during the group discussion.
Set a schedule for coaching/peer coaching

Open Forum The LAC Facilitator asks for some clarifications 20 minutes
regarding the topic discussed.

Completion of reports The LAC Facilitator completes LAC Form 3 (LAC 5 minutes
