Write about 100 – 120 words. (20 points)
1. Describe the state of the world in the year of your birth. What significant or
historical events occurred or were occurring at that time? Who were the leaders
of your country? Then describe the changes that have occurred since that time
and discuss the state of the world today.

2. Describe your family in the year you were born. Where were they living and
working? Were they in a good situation? Who did your family consist of? Who
in your family hadn’t been born yet? Then describe the changes in your family
that have occurred since the year of your birth and your family’s current
situation.

_I was born on December 31, 1996, if I had been born days earlier, my mother

would not have had to spend the New Year in the hospital. My family had just

moved into the house where we live, we have always lived in Mulchen. My

father has always worked in buying and selling plots and my mother has a small

grocery business, we are my mother, father and my two older sisters. When I

was born we were going through a good economic situation, but over time that

changed a bit since my father's job is not very stable economically. Today my

older sisters finished their studies and work even though they still live at home

with my
