• (EUR calculated @ INR 93.35) Your foreign exchange amount is always subject to prevailling
exchange rates at the time of payment.
The TCS Amount mentioned in this quotation is indicative. However, the final TCS amount to be
paid will only be computed while making the payment for the package, based on the TCS
declaration & exact amount to be paid by the passengers traveling.
Tax Collection at Source (TCS) at the rate of 5% for International/Outbound Packages with
price less than INR 7,00,000.00 (Incl GST) & 20% for Packages with price more than INR
7,00,000.00 (Incl GST) will be levied under section 206C(1G)(b) of the Income Tax Act on
outbound tour services. The TCS collected will be reflected in the 26AS of the passenger in
whose name invoice is raised (Lead passenger/Payer for the package) for claiming Income Tax
credit, irrespective of the person from whom payment is received. Hence the name of the
person on the invoice (Lead Passenger) should be reconfirmed at the time of booking the tour
package
In the event of cancellation of services and refund of amount, Tax collected at source under
section 206C(1G)(b) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 shall not be refunded. The non-refunded TCS
will be reflected in the 26AS of the passenger in whose name invoice is raised for claiming
Income Tax credit.

Payment Terms
Payments:
All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the
procedure and time frame mentioned herein below. All payments made within 10 days prior to the tour
departure date will have to be paid via Bank Transfer / Demand Draft (no cheques will be accepted).
PAN Card is mandatory for Terms and Conditions payments exceeding `50,000 or if value of file
exceeds `2 lacs or equivalent Foreign currency. INR payments made towards the foreign exchange
component of your tour will be calculated as per the ROE (rate of exchange) prevailing on the day of
payment . Payment towards FX component made in INR has to come directly from the passenger
keeping with RBI Guidelines. The card that is swiped for payment of the tour’s foreign exchange should
be of the client himself / herself. Client cannot use his / her card for payment of another person’s
foreign exchange component of the tour package except for his / her dependent parents and / or child
or children. The FX payment is a part of BTQ (Basic Travel Quota) of the Client.
3% service charges (i.e. remittance charges) would be applicable, if client chooses to pay us in Foreign
currency notes. Proof of purchase from Full Fledged Money Changer (FFMC) should accompany such
payments made by Client when above USD 2000. Client holding a passport issued by a country other
than India will be required to make payment in foreign currency for the foreign currency component of
the tour cost and not in INR. Payment Procedure: We urge our Customers to ensure that all
payment/(s) are made to our Company's designated Bank account only and to insist on a printed
payment acknowledgement slip and receipt. Customer should not make payment/(s) to any staff or
individual’s bank account or any third party bank account, in the event of which the Customer shall be

Day 01
Welcome to Berlin!
On arrival, our Tour Manager / Local Representative will meet and welcome you outside the airport. Later, we
proceed to the hotel and check–in.

Note: Joining direct passenger / NRI can check-in on your own at the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1500
hrs.
We may have to proceed directly for dinner or Packed dinner will be provided in case of late arrivals of flight or
long queue at the immigration.

Guided tour of Berlin – See the Berlin Wall – Visit Alexander Platz – Visit Topography of Terror Museum
Today, we proceed for a guided city tour of Berlin: See the famous Berlin Wall, the Reichstag, visit the
Alexander Platz, where you will see the World Time Clock. Next, we visit the Topography of Terror, an indoor
and open-air museum where between 1933 and 1945 the principal instruments of Nazi persecution and terror
were located. Also, we have some free time to explore the city on own.

Guided city tour of Prague – Entrance to the Prague Castle included – Visit St. Vitus Cathedral – Golden Lane –
Historic Tram Experience
Today, we proceed for a walking guided city tour of Prague: Visit the Prague Castle, its courtyards and St. Vitus
Cathedral from inside and walk through the Golden Lane and see the house where Franz Kafka, the famous
Czech writer stayed between 1916 and 1917. Next, we experience Prague through a historic Tram ride. Later,
spend some free time.

Onto Krakow
Today, we proceed to Olomouc. Located on the Moravia River, this town is famous for its adoring square and
fountains. Next, we continue our journey to Poland with a scenic drive to Krakow.

Guided city tour of Vienna – Visit the glorious Schonbrunn Palace – Onto Budapest
Today, we proceed for a guided city tour of Vienna: See the magnificent Opera House, Rathaus, Parliament
building, Hofburg Palace and many more interesting monuments. Next, we visit the famous Schonbrunn Palace -
a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site and experience the grand. Later, we drive to Budapest.

Day 09
Visit Visegrad Castle – See the Knight Tournament– Visit Palinka Factory
Today, we proceed to visit the Visegrad Castle located on the banks of river Danube with breath taking views of
the river. Experience the Knight Tournament and learn about the ways of the medieval age.
Later, visit the Palinka factory. Palinka, a Hungarian fruit brandy, is a strong alcoholic beverage appreciated for
its potency, flavour and fragrance. Later, drive back to Budapest.

Day 10
Guided city tour of Budapest – Hungarian Horsemanship show – Enjoy the Danube River Cruise
Today, we proceed for a guided city tour of Budapest: Visit the Citadel, Fisherman’s Bastion Heroes Square, see
the Chain Bridge that connects the cities of Buda and Pest. Next, we proceed to enjoy a show of Hungarian
Horsemanship. Later, we enjoy a farewell dinner on board the Danube River cruise.

Exclusions
• If you wish to travel in advance i.e., before the published departure date as mentioned in the brochure
or like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be
applicable (subject to availability of seats for the given dates and ticket validity) which will be advised to
you by our sales staff / travel agent. Kindly note, the deviation will be actioned only 30 Days prior to
departure date.
• Tipping is expected from anyone providing your service e.g., Coach Driver, Local Guides, Hotel and
Restaurant staff etc. It is mandatory to tip a nominal amount of EUR 3 per person/per day. For the
entire duration of this tour, which is 11 Days, the total Tips amount is EUR 33 per person to be paid to
the Tour Manager on Day 01 of the tour.
• Cost of Basic Travel Quota equivalent to USD 250,000.
• Any increase in the airfare charged by the airline on your air ticket (presently calculated as on 1st
