Inspect and clean the condensate drain pan to help avoid clogging of drainage by dirt, dust, etc. Inspect

drainage piping for proper condensate flow.

2 Check and clean the coil. Clean the coil with a low-pressure water jet or low-pressure air.

3 Clean and tighten all the wiring connections.

4 Inspect / clean air filter and or replace if necessary.

5 Check for Refrigerant leakage


6 Rotate the fan and motor shaft, 50 revolutions by hand. Check for free rotation

7 Inspect / clean air filter and or replace if necessary.


8 Check and flush drain line for any blockage

9 Clean grills

10 Check volts / amperes reading of the unit


11 Clean strainers, suction lines and spindles.
12 Check isolator / switch / indicating lights if properly working (All Electrical Equipment’s)
13 Lubricate Motor/Bearing
14 Check V belts & Alignments
15 Check HP/LP Cut Out
16 Check all Control Systems
