Process Observation Tool

This document presents an observation tool used to evaluate in-service teacher training facilitators in the Schools Division of Surigao del Sur, Philippines. The tool contains 14 indicators rated on a scale of 1 to 5. An observer uses the tool to assess how well a facilitator builds rapport, communicates effectively, responds to questions, checks for understanding, remains unbiased and connects concepts to real-life examples. The facilitator's performance is calculated as a percentage and classified as needs improvement, fair, good, very good or excellent. The tool is intended to help facilitators improve their instructional skills.
