PROXY AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, SYNNA ASPERGA, Filipino, of legal age, single, and a resident of Punta
Princesa, Cebu City, Philippines, do hereby constitute and appoint KARISHMA
SANTOS, who is also of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of Guadalupe, Cebu
City, Philippines, to represent me and vote on the meeting for the AMENDMENT OF
THE BY-LAWS OF DASIG CORPORATION, INC. with respect to TWO-
HUNDRED (200) shares of the capital stock appearing in my name at the Annual
Stockholders Meeting of DASIG CORPORATION, INC. to be held on February 23,
2018.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 22nd day of February at the
City of Cebu, Philippines.
