Dear Ma’am,

This is in connection with the Subpoena Duces Tecum (copy attached) directing
submission of the documents therein enumerated.

This Office received the Subpoena on September 30, 2016, and has until October 5, 2016
within which to submit the documents requested. However, considering the limited period given,
the equally urgent work and prior commitment of the Audit Team Leader of the Province of
Nueva Vizcaya, and to give her enough time to locate and produce the documents subpoenaed,
may we request for a ten (10) days extension of time to be counted from October 5, 2016 within
which to comply with the request.

SUBJECT: FF-L-21-0001 re: Subpoena Duces Tecum dated July 23, 2021

This is in connection with the Subpoena Duces Tecum (copy attached) directing
submission of the documents therein enumerated.

This Office received the Subpoena on September 21, 2021, and has until September 26,
2021 within which to submit the documents requested. However, considering the limited period
given and health protocols due to COVID lockdowns, and to give enough time to locate and
produce the documents subpoenaed, may we request extension of time within which to comply
with the request until October 15, 2021.
