Human Resource Manger Egyptian Diplomats Association from Jul 2023 up till now.
Main tasks:
• Create the basic system of the human resources sector (Policy, Procedure).

• Responsible of all human resource Activities to include Employment. Compensation, labor law, social insurance,

legal process, administration and Employee Benefits.


• Prepare and maintain company salary structure, HR annual Budget, job documentation, job evaluation system and

complete salary survey and questionnaires.


• Recommend, develop and mention human resource databases, computer software system and manual filing

system.
• Prepare and review job Descriptions for existing and prospective employees and job offers for selected candidates.

• Perform training needs assessment for the various levels in the organization with special focus on key jobs in

middle management in view of recommending their training program.


• Develop and execute personnel policies and procedures manual.

• Perform special investigation into operational issues as requested.

• Develop and execute an employee filing system, HR manual, compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
