New Project Evaluation 2.0

This document provides a framework for evaluating new video projects and clients. It includes a series of questions to assess the client's business health, past experience with freelancers, decision maker access, perceived expertise, profit potential, future opportunities, communication style, production knowledge, and deadline. Scores are given for each category and averaged to determine an overall score. An average score of 7 or higher is ideal, though lower scores do not preclude taking on a project. The goal is to identify potential pitfalls and work with the client as a partner to solve challenges.
