CMS DEVICE FILE

A device, with all its settings, can be exported to a NOJA file (with an extension of “.noja”). NOJA files can be imported
back into CMS and are generally about a MB in size.

To ensure that the settings stored in CMS are up to date it is recommended that the current settings are uploaded from
the cubicle first before exporting the device.

1. Connect the PC to the RC10 either remotely or with a direct USB connection into the port below the Panel
screen.
2. Right click on Other Connected Devices to ‘Add as a new device’ in Device Manager if you have not
connected to this RC10 with the CMS software before.

3. Go Online to the device.

4. From the Connection tab, click on Upload Settings.

If you are unable to upload current settings from the device, a CMS device file will still be useful.

5. To export the device, click on Export from the Device tab.

6. Select the appropriate device and choose a location for the target file on your PC. Click the export button
when complete.

7. Locate the file in the location you specified on your PC and email this *.noja file to the NOJA Factory.

RC10 SYSTEM LOGS

System log information can be copied from the RC10 Cubicle onto a USB thumb drive.

1. Plug the USB Memory stick into any of the three USB ports located on the Relay module inside the cubicle.

2. Select ‘Copy Logs to USB’ from the USB Operations menu by following the panel navigation path shown
below.

3. Select ‘Eject USB’ when the copy is complete.

4. During the copy of logs, all data will be copied in the directory on the drive in the following directory:
“G:\rc10\logs “, where G - is USB Drive. The logs from the device will be saved in the folder in this directory
under the unique name which is relay serial number, such as : 01A1211030003”. This serial number is the
same number that registers the device in CMS.

5. Zip this folder up to reduce size and provide to the NOJA factory for evaluation.
