Note:

1. During the FVC, the Officers should verify the supporting documents as indicated in the
table above. The Officers should verify the documents with the originals / information
given along with the application and endorse the copies submitted in pursuance to the

may include verification of authenticity of the documents / claim of applicant from
competent authority / agency.

5. The Officers should sign all the pages of the FVC report including documents taken from
the candidates.
