Open-Close
Type A: With limit position switch (active)

Implement "on" and "off" operations through


switch circuits, and output fully open and
fully closed active signals.

Wiring instructions:
• P1 connect to N
• When P2 connected to L, Actuator
move to Shut
• When P3 connected to L, Actuator
move to Open
• P4 drives shut LED on, when actuator
arrived at shut position while P2
connected to L
• P5 drives shut LED on, when actuator
arrived at open position while P3
connected to L
• P7 connect to earth

Type B: With intermediate position


Switch (passive)

Implement "on" and "off" operations through


switch circuits, and output fully open and fully
closed passive signals.
Wiring instructions:
• P1 connect to N
• When P2 connected to L, Actuator move
to Shut
• When P3 connected to L, Actuator move
to Open
• P4 is common pin for signal output
• P5 connect to com when actuator arrived
at open position
• P6 connect to com when actuator arrived
at shut position
• P7 connect to earth
Type G: DC control circuit with passive contact switch

According to the unidirectional conductivity of the


diode, by commuting the positive and negative
electrodes of the DC power supply, the “on” and
“off” operations are realized and a set of fully on
and fully off passive signals are output.

Wiring instructions:
• P1 connect to + while P2 connect to -,
actuator move to shut
• P2 connect to + while P1 connect to -,
actuator move to open
• P3 is common pin for signal output
• P4 connect to com when actuator arrived at
open position
• P5 connect to com when actuator arrived at
shut position
• P7 connect to earth

H-type: three-phase AC control circuit with passive contact switch


Through external phase inversion circuit, the
motor is turned forward and backward to achieve
"on" and "off" operations and output a set of fully
open and fully closed passive signals

Wiring instructions:
• P1/P2/P3 connect to power L1/L2/L3
• P4 is common pin for external control
• P5 controls shut operation
• P6 controls open operation
• P7 is common pin for signal output
• P8 connect to com when actuator arrived
at open position
• P9 connect to com when actuator arrived
at shut position
• P12 connect to earth
Position Transmitter
Type C: with 1K Ω (or 500 Ω) potentiometer
Implement "on" and "off" operations through switch
circuits, and output resistance signals corresponding to
the opening position.

Wiring instructions:
• P1 connect to N
• When P2 connected to L, Actuator move to Shut
• When P3 connected to L, Actuator move to Open
• P4 is the negtive of the potentiometer. When
actuator move to open, the resistance between
P4 and P5 increases along with position change
• P5 is output signal of potentiometer
• P6 is the positive of the potentiometer. When
actuator move to open, the resistance between
P6 and P5 decreases along with position change
• P7 connect to earth

Type D: with potentiometer and passive contact position switch


Implement "on" and "off" operations through the switch
circuit, and output resistance signals corresponding to the
opening position, while outputting a set of fully open and
fully closed passive signals.

Wiring instructions:
• P1 connect to N
• When P2 connected to L, Actuator move to Shut
• When P3 connected to L, Actuator move to Open
• P4 is common pin for signal output
• P5 connect to com when actuator arrived at open
position
• P6 connect to com when actuator arrived at shut
position
• P7 is the negtive of the potentiometer. When actuator
move to open, the resistance between P7 and P8
increases along with position change
• P8 is output signal of potentiometer
• P9 is the negtive of the potentiometer. When actuator
move to open, the resistance between P9 and P8
decreases along with position change
• P12 connect to earth
Type F: with position transmitter

Implement "on" and "off" operations through


switch circuits, and output fully open and fully
closed active signals.

Wiring instructions:
• Connect to power N line
• Connect to power L line
• Connect shut to L, actuator move to shut
• Connect open to L, actuator move to open
• Signal output 4-20mA, which is propotional
with actuator position
