 Participate in code reviews and ensure the implementation of coding standards.
 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
 Optimize and refactor existing codebase for improved performance and maintainability.
 Stay updated on the latest OutSystems features and industry trends.
 Technical Skills:
 Proficient in OutSystems development, including Reactive Web and Mobile applications.
 Strong expertise in database design and SQL optimization.
 Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
 Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
 Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
 Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
