E - Extreme Risk: The chemical has the potential to kill or permanently disable a person.
H - High Risk: The chemical has the potential to cause a long term injury or illness (LTI > or = 7 days).
M - Medium Risk: The chemical has the potential to create a loss time injury or illness (< 7 days).
L - Low Risk: The chemical has the potential to cause a minor injury that will not restrict normal duties (ie. Non-LTI).
